Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons, processing times may be extended slightly. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

4. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Orders containing perishable beverages may have region-based restrictions.

6. Shipping Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, courier issues, or incorrect shipping details. If your package is lost or delayed beyond 10 business days, contact us at 701365623.
7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your address details are correct before placing an order. In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If an order is damaged in transit, please report it within 48 hours with images for a replacement. If the order is undelivered due to courier issues, we will initiate a reshipment or refund based on the situation.
